Warning: Accuracy of dataset is not guaranteed. Non-single unit or detached homes such as townhomes, condos, duplexes are not included in this study. All data for Orem City are currently missing due to a Utah County LIR error, a fix is pending.

All data are provided for public use by Utah Open Data as part of the Housing Unit Inventory dataset. The data are currently only valid for Davis, Morgan, Salt Lake, Tooele, and Weber Counties through 2024, and Utah County through 2023.
